On the 26th and 27th of November 2019 the Royal University of Phnom Penh will host the 1st BALANCE Workshop.

As part of the activity 2.2 “Modernisation and Strengthening of Human Capacities”, the Workshop constitutes the core part of the WP2 “Capacity Development” of the BALANCE project. This Work Package aims to enhancing of human capacity and skills of Cambodian consortium members in the area of Financial Management.

BALANCE  partners will receive a training on Financial Management, whose topic in particular will be:

• The context of the university Financial Management
• Financial Management functions
• The Financial Management cycle
• Performance indicators related to Financial Management
